Stanlieo’s Sub Villa is a Family owned and operated submarine shop in Huntsville, Alabama.  We have two locations to serve you. 

In 1971, Stanlieo’s was opened in an old ice cream shop at 603 Jordan Lane.  At that time we were the only Submarine restaurant in Northern Alabama.  We had a line out to the street for months which was special in itself because Jordan Lane was on the “outskirts” of town at that time.

Throughout the years Stanlieo’s has franchised a few times.  There has been a Stanlieo’s in Madison, Decatur, Florence, and a few other locations in Huntsville that have since closed, but, Stanlieo’s on Jordan Lane is still going strong.

The Watson’s opened up a location on Governors Drive in the old Mando’s building in 1981.  In, 1985, Stanlieo’s on Jordan Lane was moved from 603 to 605 Jordan Lane so that we could build a larger building and begin to bake our own bread. 

Yes, there have be a few changes between 1971 and 2005 but Stanlieo’s remains a staple in Huntsville, and, starting with the second generation of “Watson’s”, we look forward to growing with you and your family for the next 30 years.
